Mindfulness for Menopause
Bringing Compassion to Menopause is a course that delivers practical mindfulness tools and techniques that can positively support the challenges many experience during menopause years.
I'm delighted to be able to offer this course by arrangement, as well as bespoke training, talks or presentations for individuals, private groups and organisations. Please get in touch to learn more.
